Depending on the case, we may offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our investigators keep detailed logs of their time spent on every case in fifteen minute increments. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon the closing of a case. We work as long as a given case requires, so you will never be over billed. Final invoices will include costs breakdowns for copies, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Partner rates fall between $125 and $150 per hour, while Associate rates land between $85 and $100 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront.
